These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bbu8 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by bbu8 ("we", "us", "our", or "bbu8"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

bbu8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bbu8 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Access to and use of the bbu8 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an active account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. bbu8 does not permit access by any person under the age of 18, regardless of the laws of the jurisdiction in which that person resides.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You are not acting in a professional gambling capacity or using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bbu8, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account on the bbu8 Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme covering online gambling in your jurisdiction that would prohibit your access.

bbu8 may at any time request documentary evidence verifying that a Player meets the eligibility requirements above. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by bbu8 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Player's account and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held at that time.

To access the full features of the bbu8 Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the bbu8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You must notify bbu8 promptly if any of your registered details change by updating your account information or contacting our support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bbu8 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and that you do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bbu8 support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bbu8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its internal anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention policies. We reserve the right to request, at any time and for any reason, documentary proof of identity (e.g., national ID card, passport) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) from any registered player. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

All financial transactions on the bbu8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbu8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Supported Payment Methods

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by bbu8's finance team during standard operating hours. bbu8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification or investigation into potential irregular activity. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bbu8's compliance team.

bbu8 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own verified name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be voided and returned, with the Player's account suspended pending investigation.

bbu8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• bbu8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting any bonus that a player has already begun to wager.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in a player's account after the bonus expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or the exploitation of technical errors — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account closure.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

bbu8 runs localised promotional events aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season offers, Eid bonus events, Pohela Boishakh free-spin campaigns, and Victory Day tournaments. Participation in these promotions is voluntary and subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion. Players are advised to read the full promotion terms before opting in.

By using the bbu8 Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — lawful recreational gambling — and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbu8 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any strategy, system, or approach that exploits a software error, miscalculated odds, or technical vulnerability to generate guaranteed profits.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which bbu8 offers betting markets.
• Using the Platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any other process requiring you to supply information to bbu8.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbu8 staff or other Platform users through any channel, including live chat and email support.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in your bbu8 account or the credentials associated with it.

bbu8 reserves the right to investigate any Player account at any time and to take such action — including suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement — as it deems appropriate in response to a suspected breach of these obligations.

All content on the bbu8 Platform — including but not limited to the bbu8 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of bbu8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bbu8.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective game studio and is governed by that studio's separate licensing arrangements with bbu8. bbu8 does not grant any rights in respect of third-party game content beyond the right to play those games through the Platform interface.

The bbu8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbu8 excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bbu8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bbu8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond bbu8's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors, delays, or failures in any third-party payment system (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that affect the processing of deposits or withdrawals.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Any decision to bet or not to bet made by a Player on the basis of information available on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

In no event shall bbu8's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bbu8's liability for death or personal injury caused by bbu8's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bbu8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• bbu8 reasonably suspects that the Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The Player has failed to provide satisfactory documentation during a KYC or identity-verification request within the required timeframe.
• bbu8 is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.

Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request the closure of their bbu8 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bbu8 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before deactivating the account. Any bonus balances held at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months is classified as dormant. bbu8 will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with bbu8's current fee schedule, provided that the resulting balance does not fall below zero.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bbu8 operates its services in good faith and in compliance with the regulatory environment applicable to online gambling platforms serving the Bangladesh market.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, or any aspect of the bbu8 Platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bbu8 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

bbu8 endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, bbu8 and the Player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
